ATLANTA — The SEC’s new network will be the home for the SEC basketball tournament.

The league and TV partner ESPN announced today that starting in 2015 the first three rounds will be televised on the new SEC Network.

“This is an example of the in-depth basketball coverage the SEC Network will give fans across the country,” said SEC commissioner Mike Slive. “From November 14 through early March, fans will be able to turn to the SEC Network to follow their favorite SEC basketball teams.”

The first two days this season have been carried on the syndicated SEC TV, with combo coverage today between SEC TV and ESPNU. Ole Miss’ game at 8:30 p.m. is on the former.

The SEC Network, which will go live in August, recently announced a carriage deal with Dish Network.
